Missed Lessons must be paid for.
If a student is unable to attend a lesson, they must notify their teacher directly
(on the teacher’s mobile no.) before 9:00 AM on the day of the lesson in order to be entitled to a make-up lesson.
Make-up lessons are organised between Teacher and Student and must be
made up in the same term the lesson was missed. They cannot be carried forward to the next term and cannot be deducted from term fees
Students are entitled to no more than two make up lessons per term if they have paid for the full term
Missed Group Lessons are not made up.
We teach on public holidays.
Fees which have been paid up front for the term are not refundable.
Students paying weekly are required to give two weeks notice of cancellation by an email to the school.
Direct debits need to be cancelled by giving two week’s written notice by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To cancel the direct debit arrangement you must give 2 weeks written notice by email to email@example.com.
